This page was created in reference for both admins and faction players as a constitution, or guide.
This page was created to list all the faction related rule breaks and the punishments to be handed out when someone violates them.
Note: All punishments listed are what is typically handed out. Administrators have a right to punish the player based on the severity of the situation.

FR-1) ~Leaders/Members Breaking RP Rules
A faction leader and its members must follow all roleplay rules while handling situations IC.
Faction Leader or High Command OOC Prisoned. ((Depends on the situation and or Faction Management))
Faction Leader or High Command Banned. ((Depends on the situation and or Faction Management))
High Command OOC Prisoned. ((Depends on the situation and or Faction Management))
High Command Banned. (Even if they are unbanned). ((Strike))
High Command Prisoned at the same time/situation. ((Strike))
Three or more faction members prisoned at the same time/situation regardless of their rank. ((Strike))
Strike Warning as explained in FR-4) ~Faction Strikes.

FR-2) ~Strikes Affecting Turf Shutdown Limit
Factions that shutdown turfs that are not threatened will receive a strike.
The faction members involved will also receive a sentence of 15 minutes OOC jail.
Factions with no strikes [0/3] are allowed to shut-down all turfs.
Factions with one strike [1/3] are allowed to shut-down only 12 turfs.
Factions with two strikes [2/3] are allowed to shut-down only 6 turfs.

FR-3) ~Factions Shutting Down / Assisting Turfs
Attending: 3+ LEOs can attend turfs and MEDICS can then assist injured IC’ly as LEOs attempt to shut-down a turf.
Medics: LSFMD can assist faction or gang members. They cannot engage in gun fights with faction or gang members. ((Strike))
Allying: LEOs cannot ally with gang members in active turfs. ((Strike))
Badge and Skin: A LEO & Medics badge and uniform is required while trying to end or assist an active turf threat. ((Strike))
Mask ((/mask)): A LEO wearing a random /mask is not allowed. A LEO on /passport is allowed..
Usage of /tazer: LEOs cannot use /tazer in an active turf. ((Strike))
Attending turf with no intent to shut-down: Law enforcement may only participate with intent to shut them down. ((Strike))

FR-4) ~Faction Strikes
Strikes are individually gained. No other faction member will be affected based on the 3 strike limit.
A given strike will be removed after 14 days starting the day of the strike.
A second strike will be removed after 7 days of the removal of the first strike.
OOC removal of the faction member.

FR-5) ~Faction Takeover
A co-leader of a faction may take over a faction from the current leader for a legitimate reason. The co-leader can do this only with the consent of Faction Moderators. Faction Moderators have the right to deny the permission for a faction takeover for whatever reason they deem valid.
An immediate OOC removal from the faction if takeover attempted without consent of Faction Moderators.

FR-6) ~Power Ranking
Promoting your friends/siblings/pets/colleagues to a higher rank just because they're beloved to you is not allowed. Promotions are In-Character and should be given based on IC hard work and dedication.
Exceptions: If a faction is newly formed, some members may be power ranked to a higher rank due to forming a strong leadership.
OOC revocation of the faction rank for all parties involved.

FR-7) ~Faction Leader Inactivity
A faction leader may not go inactive without informing Faction Moderators.
OOC demotion/removal from the faction.

FR-8) ~Barriers/Roadblocks deployment
Law Enforcement Officers may not deploy barriers and or roadblocks in such a way that they completely block the exit/entrance of a building. The suspects should have a chance to /exit the building. Roads can be blocked but only to stop vehicles and not the suspects. Suspects should be able to jump through the barrier/roadblock.

FR-9) ~Backup and Revenge Killing.
Law Enforcement Agencies may not respond to backup calls from scenes where they died in before. There is no exception to this rule. If you're dead somewhere, you cannot go back no matter how many backups are called in that location.
Example: John Doe is a police officer. He gets killed and finished off in a bank robbery. Jane Doe, who is another officer calls backup after John Doe dies. John Doe sees this backup and responds. John Doe is not allowed to respond because he already died in the same situation.

FR-10) ~Closure of a faction.
Under no circumstances is a leader of a certain faction allowed to kick out every member of his faction and close it down on their own. A faction closure can only be done with the consent of the Faction Moderators.
One month temporary server ban. 180 day server faction blacklist.

FR-11) ~Faction Tension
All Law Enforcement Agencies are required to work together and sort out their OOC differences via talks. If a member of LSPD has a problem with a member of LSFMD, he/she may forward the complaint to the leader of LSPD who will then contact the leader of FMD in order to sort out the problem. Shooting/arresting a fellow Law Enforcement Officer without a legitimate reason is also counted as Faction Tension.

FR-12) ~Department Radio (/d) and /gov
Both the commands are to be used ONLY for IC purposes. /D can only be used for OOC reason if there is an important announcement/information that other factions should know of. As for /gov, you can use (( )) in your IC announcement if there is something you want the community to know about.

FR-13) ~Charge Stacking
Charging someone multiple times without a legitimate reason is known as stacking charges on them. You may not imprison a suspect for 40 minutes just for the charge of evasion.

FR-14) ~Rushing With Taser
Rushing suspects with a taser without any IC interaction. Suspects should have a chance to react and interact before a tase. You cannot tase them on sight unless they've been evading from earlier. Also, you cannot tase someone who has withdrawn a gun or (and) is shooting at you.

FR-15) ~Faction Hopping
Faction hopping is when a player leaves a current faction for another faction without any IC interaction.
Improper action 1: A faction player asks for an invite to a different faction for no reason other then wanting to join that different faction.
A rightful action 1: A faction player is known and approached ICly by another faction. They then communicate with both their current faction representatives and the new faction about the request based on the need or want of that other faction.
OOC removal from current faction. Potential faction blacklist for multiple infractions.

FR-16) ~Gang Casefiles
A gang casefile MUSTinclude every R6 and R5 of the gang, pictures of gang members/or leaders doing illegal activities, picture of their HQ (headquarter), interior, stash location and cars.
If the casefile is valid after reviewed by the Gang Management/Management(s), the gang will get their Gang Stash reset to 0, and will get a theme-change.

Note: However OOC gang stats will remain, only IC stuff will be changed, example: Gang Cars, HQ, Skins etc.

FR-17) ~Faction Jurisdiction
All operating U:RP Server Factions have an exclusive right to arrest, assist, detain, engage, help, involve, interact, participate, proceed and pursue with every member/player of the community across the entirety of San Andreas if the scenario and/or situation allows, calls for and is within IC means and overall general rules of the U:RP Server.

This hereby rule is now official and hereby in effect due to (but not limited to), these various server reasons:
1.) No active Police, Fire/Medical, Federal Bureau of Investigation, San Andreas Contract Agency, San Andreas Network News, San Andreas State Police, San Andreas National Guard, District Court or San Andreas Towing & Repossession based in or currently stationed in Las Venturas.
2.) No active Police, Fire/Medical, Federal Bureau of Investigation, San Andreas Contract Agency, San Andreas Network News, San Andreas State Police, San Andreas National Guard, District Court or San Andreas Towing & Repossession based in or currently stationed in San Fierro.

This will allow for fair server access to all factions no matter where that may be in the state of San Andreas.
